By entering the venue, purchasing tickets, booking events, or using this website, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

1. General

Bojangles Brasserie is a bar, restaurant, live music and events venue operated by Brown Sugar Ltd. Management reserves the right to refuse entry or service where reasonably necessary to ensure the safety, comfort and enjoyment of customers, staff and performers.

2. Age Policy

Bojangles Brasserie operates an 18+ policy, except where an event or activity is explicitly advertised as suitable for under-18s. Valid photographic ID may be required as a condition of entry.

3. Tickets & Events

  • All ticket sales are final and non-refundable, except where an event is cancelled.

  • Tickets are valid only for the specific event, date and time stated.

  • Event details, timings, performers and formats may be subject to change.

  • Entry may be refused for late arrivals where events are capacity-controlled.

  • Management reserves the right to refuse entry or remove individuals without refund for breach of these Terms.

4. Admission & Conduct

  • Bojangles operates a zero-tolerance policy towards abuse, harassment, violence or discriminatory behaviour.

  • Customers who are intoxicated, aggressive or disruptive may be refused entry or removed without refund.

  • All customers must comply with instructions given by venue staff and security at all times.

5. Food & Drink

  • Alcohol is served in accordance with UK licensing laws.

  • Outside food and drink is not permitted unless agreed in advance.

  • While we take care in food preparation, we cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment. Customers must inform staff of any allergies before ordering.

6. Venue Hire

Venue hire is available subject to availability and agreement. All bookings are governed by a separate Venue Hire Terms & Conditions, provided at the time of enquiry or booking.

7. Safety & Liability

  • Entry to the venue and attendance at events is at your own risk.

  • Bojangles Brasserie and Brown Sugar Ltd accept no responsibility for loss, theft or damage to personal belongings.

  • Customers acknowledge the inherent risks associated with live events and hospitality environments.

8. Accessibility

Bojangles Brasserie currently does not have step-free access. Customers with specific access requirements are encouraged to contact us in advance so we can provide information and assistance where possible.

9. Photography & Recording

Photography and filming may take place for promotional and marketing purposes. By entering the venue, you consent to the use of your image unless you notify staff in advance.

10. Website Use

  • We are not responsible for third-party ticketing platforms or external websites.

  • Menus, pricing, events and information may change without notice.

11. Data Protection

Personal data is handled in accordance with UK data protection law. Information is collected only where necessary for bookings, ticketing, communication and venue operations. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for further details.

12. Changes to These Terms

Brown Sugar Ltd reserves the right to update or amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. The latest version will always be available on the Bojangles website.
